CHANGELOG
Changelog
Site-wide changes to sections, methods and coverage. 417 companies are covered; company analyses were last updated on 2026-11-06. Individual company updates are dated at the top of each company page.

Management outlook and key changes from earnings releases
The what-changed section now adds lines written by AI from each company's latest earnings release: whether management raised, lowered, narrowed or reaffirmed its outlook, and the main changes. Each line keeps the release sentence it came from, and a line appears only if its figures and direction match that sentence in an automatic check.

What changed since last earnings, risk-factor changes, eight questions
Company pages now open with eight questions that link to the sections answering them. A new section shows what moved in the latest reported quarter, and another quotes the paragraphs that are new or gone in the latest 10-K's risk factors compared with the year before. Each company on the watchlist now shows its latest changes. Quarterly figures were refreshed for all companies. The analyses of the existing companies were also checked against their filings, and statements the filings did not support were corrected.

AI disclosure, operator’s note, full pages by default
The site now states that financial figures come from SEC EDGAR and that the analysis is written by AI and checked by several other AIs. The About page adds the operator’s reasons for the site, how to use it, views on investing and a reading order. Company pages open with every section shown again; Essentials stays as a reader’s choice. The compare page and one-company industry pages are kept out of search results.

Accuracy fixes, financial-sector measures, lighter home page
Fixed cash conversion shown as a percent with an x, and aligned the guide’s worked example with company pages. Market cap now uses the fiscal year-end price × shares instead of P/E × net income, which also fills loss years. ROIC − WACC states how far it moves with the equity risk premium and beta. Banks, brokers, asset managers and insurers get their own measures, with capital ratios, combined ratios and assets under management where the 10-K states them. The full company list moved to its own page.

Business Model Canvas
The business model section has a nine-block canvas view next to the money-and-goods flow: value propositions, channels and customer relationships from each company’s 10-K, partners from its alliances and named suppliers, and a cost structure from the income statement (cost of revenue, R&D, SG&A as a share of revenue).

Valuation today, at-a-glance card, compare page
Company pages show P/E, P/B, EV/EBITDA and yields at the latest close next to fiscal year-end values, an eight-measure summary card, sticky section navigation with collapsible detail, section labels (SEC data vs. site analysis), glossary tooltips, sharing, and a report-an-error link. New compare page for two to four companies. ROIC and WACC now use each company’s effective tax rate.

Government & regulation panel, risk criteria, quarterly table
Every company page shows the government and regulatory factors around its business model, the company’s stated risk mitigations where its 10-K gives them, and the last eight quarters. Risk ratings follow published criteria. Industries use GICS sub-industry names; inventory and receivable days use averages and cost of revenue; the risk-free rate is the latest 10-year Treasury yield. Rankings moved to their own page.
